HUMBLE, Texas – A routine day at a Sunoco convenience store in Humble turned tragic when an employee lost his life over a stolen bag of chips. The incident occurred just before 11:30 on Friday and was captured on surveillance video, leading to a capital murder investigation. The suspects were seen zeroing in on the chip aisle, with one of them allegedly pocketing a bag of chips. As the suspects spent more time in the store, a verbal altercation ensued when the employee tried to confront them. Outside the store, a surveillance video captured a verbal altercation between the employee and the suspects.
