SAN PEDRO CITY – Three suspected illegal drug pushers, one of them facing murder charges, were killed in separate shootouts with the police in Cavite and Laguna provinces. In Cavite, a suspect initially identified only as alias “Bumbay,” was killed at about 1 a.m. Sunday in Barangay (village) San Francisco in General Trias City, said Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, director of the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon (CALABARZON) police. ADVERTISEMENTEleazar said the suspect was carrying P8,000 worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) to deliver to an undercover policeman. In Laguna, two drug suspects were also killed in a buy-bust operation at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday in Barangay Platero, Biñan City.
