The Delhi Police have launched a manhunt in the Capital and neighbouring areas to nab Kashmeer Singh, the absconding aide of Harminder Singh alias Mintu, the chief of banned terror outfit Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF). “Mintu was in touch with associates of terror groups in Pakistan,” said Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Suresh Arora. Sources said Singh had a few associates in Delhi, who were earlier also a part of the Babbar Khalsa force.
