MANILA, Philippines — A tip from one of the victims’ clients led to the rescue of 11 Chinese women allegedly forced into prostitution inside one of the branches of a budget hotel chain in Parañaque City on Sunday. The alleged manager of the sex den, Cai Ye Gui, also from China, was arrested. Plea for help“The Chinese woman asked him to help them, because they were being used as sex slaves,” Sangel told the Inquirer. Sangel said that in order for police to transact with Cai, their Chinese asset acted as a customer and plainclothes operatives played their part as personal bodyguards.
