Rayford allegedly sold the deadly drugs out of his home on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, according to the Union County Homicide Task Force Supervisor Michael Henn. Nicole Taylor, 41, Kacina Vanderburg, 53 and Harold Johnston, 67, all of Rahway, overdosed on the drugs and died. A six-week investigation found that an unknown number of others had also overdosed on the drugs that same night but survived.
