By Michael SusinCordel Group PLC said Monday that it has appointed John Davis as chief executive officer with immediate effect. The U.K. transport-analytics company said Mr. Davis has been a nonexecutive director of the company since 2018 and has served as CEO on an interim basis since March 1.
