He was charged with stealing a €350 jacket by walking out of the store, allegedly wearing the jacket for which no payment had been made. He was also charged with stealing runners valued at €50 at Elvery’s Sports on Oliver Plunkett St, Cork, on January 2. Finally, on November 18, 2025, he was charged with stealing a €40 jacket at Mountain Warehouse on Opera Lane. Following the garda objection to bail, Judge Catherine Ryan was about to remand him in custody. Judge Ryan remanded the defendant in custody until January 28.
