In a Jan. 10 story on cases of residential school abuse going uncompensated because of a signature rule, The Canadian Press reported incorrect first names for the chief adjudicator of the independent assessment process and the chairwoman of its oversight committee. The correct name of the chief adjudicator is Dan Shapiro and the correct name of the oversight committee chairwoman is Mayo Moran.
