PHOTO | FILEThe High Court has dismissed a case in which a Jubilee activist sought to have activist Boniface Mwangi prosecuted for allegedly pouring a red substance on police spokesman Charles Owino. Justice George Odunga ruled that Mr Vincent Yegon failed to prove that the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) was reluctant in instigating charges against Mr Mwangi. Mr Yegon, he had accused Mr Mwangi for acting with malice towards the police spokesman during the protests. He wanted Mr charged with offenses related to incitement to violence, hate speech and breach of peace.
