PHOTO | FILEWar over office space at City Hall has escalated to a new level after acting county secretary Robert Ayisi issued an order to members of the Nairobi County Assembly to vacate Fourth Wing, Northern Wing of City Hall. Dr Ayisi went to court on Friday November 18, 2016 and obtained a court order to eject MCAs and County Assembly staff from their offices on the said premises and annul a gazette notice that recognized the County Assembly as occupier of the Northern Wing of the City Hall. “I want to warn Kidero that if you try any monkey game on the county assembly I will come for you,” said Nkaissery while addressing MCAs in his office. The MCAs also complained that they were feeling threatened by goons who gather outside the County Assembly chambers.
