A High Court has ruled that it will continue hearing a petition by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero’s wife, Susan Mboya (pictured), seeking to bar the EACC from using her in probing her husband. She wants the court to stop the anti-graft agency from obtaining details of her bank account to be used in the case against Kidero. Judge Joseph Onguto earlier temporarily restrained the EACC from investigating personal bank accounts held by Kidero and his wife over alleged economic crimes.
