Another new community case of Covid-19 has been confirmed in Auckland. On Sunday evening the Ministry of Health announced a person connected to the February 2021 cluster of infections had tested positive for the virus. The new case, who is being referred to as Case O, first got symptoms of Covid-19 on Saturday, the ministry said in a statement. Genome sequencing will be carried out to determine whether Case O is linked to the other cases in the cluster. A link between Case M and another in the cluster had also been established.
