The Moroccan health ministry announced on Sunday 168 new positive cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the total of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 4,065. Algeria confirmed 126 new Covid-19 cases and 46 deaths in the last 24 hours, which brings the total number of confirmed cases to 3.382, and the death toll to 425. Egypt with 4,319 cases and 307 deaths is among the most affected by Covid-19 in Africa. Tunisia reported over the past 24 hours 17 new cases, which brings the total contaminations to 939. Mauritania, which reported 7 cases, including one death, is now Covid-19 free.
