KELOWNA — As the final dress rehearsal for the curtain-raising Wednesday, the performance here by the cast of Saturday Night Live led to mixed reviews because these were not understudies. A 1-6 preseason record in which the Vancouver Canucks managed but five even-strength goals and just 10 overall, can be spun in a number of directions. Canucks coach Travis Green plans to set his roster Sunday, a day ahead of the Monday deadline. “You (media) guys will read into it, so it doesn’t matter what I say,” Green said of his line combinations. It led to a bad going-after-the-puck decision by Alex Edler instead of retreating in his own zone on the opening goal.
