KEVIN STENT/Stuff Sommelier Florent Souche has come up with a craft chocolate and beer pairing for the festival. The beer and chocolate tasting session is a collaboration between two of the laneway’s stalwarts, the Wellington Chocolate Factory and Fortune Favours brew pub. As well as the beer and chocolate tasting at Fortune Favours, there will also be a whisky and chocolate tasting at Hanging Ditch, the cosy cocktail bar tucked behind the chocolate factory. Williams said he hoped Chockstock would become an annual event, as synonymous with craft chocolate as Beervana and craft beer. Beer & Chocolate Tasting at Fortune Favours, Leeds Street, July 3.
