Sicinski arrived in his van, exited his vehicle and began to approach the victim, at which point officers were able to apprehend and arrest him. “The victim reported the matter to police promptly and plain clothes officers from the MEU accompanied the victim to her bus stop the next day, where Sicinski was caught red handed. We are also responsible for recognising and preventing child and adult exploitation, group-based offending, Com network offending and modern slavery and human trafficking.”
