A Big Bash league cricketer is behind bars after being accused of possessing child abuse material and grooming kids on social media. Police alleged Summers' phone had child sex abuse images and there was evidence the man had been trying to get 'illicit photographs' from up to ten children. The fast-bowler previously represented Tasmania and played in the Big Bash League for the Hobart Hurricanes. 'The allegations seem substantial on what's before me, [which] consists of real-life sexual interactions of sorts and multiple child victims,' he said. The 25-year-old has been charged with two counts of possessing child abuse material and one of using a carriage service to groom an underage person
