Cuomo announced new coronavirus restrictions Wednesday – including a cap on the number of people allowed to gather in private homes and a curfew on bars, restaurants and gyms. All businesses that have a state liquor license, and gyms must close by 10 p.m., the governor said. “COVID is getting worse by the day,” Cuomo added in a string of tweets on the new restrictions.
