NAIA Customs District Collector Carmelita “Mimel” Talusan said the 13 kilos of shabu will be turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) today for proper disposition. Talusan said the BOC continues to guard our country to prevent the entry of illegal drugs and other contraband.
