More cycle lanes in the transport planThe next phase of the council’s wide-ranging transport plan for the city centre is due to come into effect over the course of the year. Two-way cycle lanes will also be provided along Gardiner Street, reducing the lanes available for cars along this key thoroughfare. It will also improve connectivity between Tallaght and Clondalkin with a cycle scheme linking Belgard Road and Airton Road.
