Teresiah Nyakinyua, 7, and James Mwangi, 9, were filmed disagreeing on whether they should buy two pencils, one for each, or a pencil and a rubber for one of them. The two, with their parents, were on Thursday hosted by Deputy President William Ruto who pledged goodies for the family.
