Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Niaz Ahmed Khan announced that he wants to step down from his post. He made the announcement around 3pm during a press briefing held at the Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury Virtual Classroom, adjacent to the vice-chancellor’s office. He said: "I will seek relief from my deputation, and I will return to my primary role as a teacher in the Department of Development Studies." More to follow...
