A major incident of loot and theft took place in the Patna bound 12310 Delhi-Patna Rajdhani Express in the early hours today morning. The incident took place close to Gahmar railway station in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, bordering Bihar. According to the FIR lodged by the passengers in Patna, the incident took place at around 3:15 am when the train halted near the Gahmar station due to some technical fault. After the criminals went on the rampage inside the train, they got down at the Bhadaura railway station and escaped. The passengers alleged that a train attendant was possibly involved in the incident as he had opened the gate of the coach to facilitate the criminals inside.
