Basketball agent Dan Fegan has filed a lawsuit against employees working for his most recent employer and seeks approximately $30 million in damages for loss of several NBA player clients and harm to his reputation. The main attack furnished by Fegan is against (ISE) Chief Executive Officer Hank Ratner. Fegan claims that Ratner was motivated to destroy Fegan so that Ratner could control ISE's basketball division that Fegan built up for a number of years. Fegan claims that Ratner worked with the aforesaid Frank Quintero as well as James Dunleavy, Travis King and Hank Ratner's son Michael to steal Fegan's NBA clients by improperly terminating Fegan for cause in a "highly public, well-prepared sneak attack." The fantastical tale alleged by Mr. Fegan in this publicity stunt of a complaint bears no resemblance to reality.
