HALIFAX—Police say charges against two Dartmouth men are expected after they allegedly entered a man’s home and threatened to kill him. At 3:25 p.m. on Sunday, Halifax Regional Police say they responded to a weapons call in the 36 block of Primrose St. in Dartmouth. Multiple officers, including the Emergency Response Team and a police service dog, responded to the scene and secured the suspects inside an apartment. Shortly after 4 p.m., both suspects surrendered to the Emergency Response Team when they were called out by officers.
