Nigerian Grammy-nominated singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reacted to his loss at the 2026 Grammy Awards, expressing gratitude to his wife, Chioma, for standing by him during the moment. Davido, who was nominated in the Best African Music Performance category, admitted that the loss affected him deeply and initially made him unwilling to attend the Grammy after-party. “I said, ‘Baby listen, we lost again, let’s not go.’ She said, ‘Be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.’ We outside.
