Libyan Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, held talks with the Head of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, to review the latest developments in Libya’s political scene, as well as to discuss the unified development program and its importance in boosting economic stability. According to a statement from the government’s media office, Dbeibah received Takala on Wednesday at his office in the Prime Ministry headquarters. The meeting addressed mechanisms to support structured development spending and stimulate production, in a way that would strengthen the Libyan dinar against foreign currencies and improve the efficiency of resource management. The statement added that both sides emphasized the importance of continued coordination and consultation among various institutions to advance the political process and ensure integrated efforts in serving the public interest. The statement further indicated that discussions included several key files, notably addressing economic challenges and supporting the path toward national consensus, while stressing the importance of unifying efforts among state institutions to achieve stability, development, and respond to the aspirations of the Libyan people.
