No, Thailand should not join and donate $1 billion (32.2 billion baht) to Mr Trump's get-rich-quick "Board of Peace" scheme. Burin Kantabutra sensibly writes, again, presenting that traditional institution, the Royal Thai Police, in a negative light. This being so, it must be wondered why the Royal Thai Police has been left with its reputation so richly shredded and stained?
