An 81-year-old male patient confirmed with COVID-19 passed away today at Tuen Mun Hospital, bringing the city's death toll to 79. The patient with chronic disease was admitted to Tuen Mun Hospital on July 30 due to fever and cough. His condition continued to deteriorate and he eventually succumbed at 6.06 pm today, Tuen Mun Hospital spokesman said. “The Hospital is saddened about the passing away of the patient and will offer necessary assistance to his family,” Tuen Mun Hospital spokesman said.
