Former Deep Purple bassist Glen Hughes will continue his New Zealand tour after doctors said he was suffering from dehydration and fatigue. But a statement from tour publicist Sandra Roberts said Hughes "has been given a clean bill of health and the all clear to continue his New Zealand tour". Hughes spent the night in a Christchurch hospital after leaving the stage at Horncastle Arena with 15 minutes left of his set.
