MOVEE officials said Dr. Jones was suspended indefinitely for stirring confusion and undermining other officials of the party. According to Executive Committee Members, Dr. Jones has demonstrated arrogance and complete lack of tolerance and respect for officials and members of the party. The officials said following the October 10 polls, Dr. Jones has also distanced himself from MOVEE and refused to play leadership role. They blamed him (Dr. Jones) for the party under performance at the polls. In the October 10 presidential election, Dr. Jones and his MOVEE party obtained little over 12,000 votes amounting to 0.8 percent.
