Former Rep. Harley Rouda, D-Calif., singled out supporters of former President Trump by calling them "morons" during a campaign event last week. "There were a lot of low-propensity, uninformed voters who came out and voted for Trump and the down the ticket. So 89% of the registered voters voted." "Between not paying his taxes and insulting families in Orange County, it’s no wonder voters fired Harley Rouda last November," a Steel campaign spokesman told Fox News. The Rouda campaign did not immediately return Fox News' request for comment.
