Health CS Mutahi Kagwe has asked county governments to ensure availability of sufficient oxygen. "We can already see an increase of demand of ICU beds as well as oxygen requirement,"Kagwe said. "We are appealing with county governments to increase their capacity of oxygen supply," Kagwe said. He handed over an ambulance donated by IGAD to Turkana County governor Josephat Nanok.
