November 16, 2017 at 11:42 amChinese Premier Le Keqiang is now leaving the country. The Chinese leader came to the Philippines for the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit. His convoy arrived today at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 at 11:30 am. Li is the last world leader who joined the ASEAN Summit to leave the Philippines. The signing of the accords were witnessed by Li and Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
