Jeb Bush are negotiating to buy the Florida Marlins baseball team but haven’t yet lined up financing for the deal, according to people familiar with the matter. A deal requires Major League Baseball approval, which would be contingent on the investment group demonstrating that it had the money committed for the purchase. Under MLB rules, the investment group would be able to carry about $350 million in debt.
