Derna Local Council has demanded the prosecution of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and the leader of Dignity Operation Khalifa Haftar, in addition to Speaker of the House of Representatives Aqila Saleh, for committing war crimes against civilians. In a statement, the Council called on the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame, to request an emergency session of the Security Council to impose a no-fly zone over the city to lift the siege.
