Diaspora Liberian Association of Bomi County Distributes Food, Identify With Vulnerable Communities

The project, which is headed by former University of Liberia Student Union President, Joe Wilson is dubbed: Bomi Diaspora Special Taskforce on COVID-19. It was through the instrumentality of Mr. Wilson and his committee that funds were mobilized from diaspora Bomi citizens for the implementation of the project back in the county. The Association President, Murphy Gibson, said he was delighted that the National Bomi Citizens Association in the Americas COVID-19 Taskforce would implement such a timely job. Several hard-to-reach towns and villages with public health facility in Bomi County benefited from the rice donation as the consignment of food supplies were transported on motorbikes to the beneficiaries. Others are Suehn Town, Mobah Town, Mecca, Sass Town, Beajolo, Fefeh Town, Zordee and Bonjeh among others.
