TTC riders should prepare for longer morning commutes with trains moving slower on Line 1 between Union and King stations for track work. The work started Wednesday and will continue until Jan. 24, TTC spokesperson Stuart Green said. The TTC is replacing about 300 metres of rail between Union and King Stations and is warning Line 1 customers to expect morning rush-hour delays until Jan. 24. There will also be no service on Line 1 between St. Clair West and Union stations this weekend for signal upgrades.
