By Dean SealThe board of Digital Brands Group is exploring strategic alternatives for the company. The apparel company said Monday that a comprehensive review of its options will begin immediately. The decision was made in light of the "continued dislocation between Digital Brand Group's public market value and the intrinsic value of Digital Brands Group's underlying assets," Chief Executive Hil Davis said. Digital Brands hasn't set a deadline or timetable for the process, which may not result in any particular outcome. Management will hold a conference call at 11 a.m. to discuss the review.
