KLANG: A 29-year-old government agency employee is alleging that her boss had sexually assaulted her. The woman has since lodged a police report against her superior, who is the director of the agency, at the Pandamaran police station here. It is believed that the agency is a Federal Government agency based in Selangor. When contacted, South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Shamsul Amar Ramli confirmed the incident and said it was being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code for assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty. The man had been summoned to South Klang police headquarters to help with the investigation and it is not known if he has been detained.
