Diss historian Dennis Cross celebrates after charity calendar hits £10,000 funding milestone for Big C charity
After more than a decade, a Diss historian’s journey through time has reached its goal. Dennis Cross released his fifth charity calendar in November last year, trawling through his postcard collection and offering a snapshot of days gone by. Mr Cross began the project in 2015 with the aim of raising £10,000 for The Big C charity. Dennis Cross has raised more than £10,000 with his charity calendars, handing a cheque to the Big C last week.
