The amateur video shared by The1957News on X, on March 20, 2026, emphasised the deepening crisis in Ghana's healthcare system. “An amateur video obtained by The1957News has revealed a troubling development at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital following the government’s directive to health facilities not to turn away patients on the basis of unavailable beds. “The footage shows several patients sleeping on the floor in the emergency ward due to the persistent ‘no bed syndrome’ crisis,” the post stated.
