Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula has been asked to ditch the Cord coalition and join Jubilee ahead of the coming polls. Wamalwa said Wetangula will never be Cord's flag bearer because ODM leader Raila Odinga has already declared he will on the ballot. Water CS Eugene Wamalwa said Wetangula together with Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba should join the New Ford Kenya which is in the process of dissolving to join Jubilee. The cabinet secretary farther applauded Bungoma governor Kenneth Lusaka for having been ranked number two as the best performing governor twice by the opinion polls after Alfred Mutua of Machakos. “We have clearly seen what Jubilee has done and what it intends to do and that is why we are telling our leaders who are still lost in the oppositions cold to support and join jubilee to foster development,” he said.
