HALIFAX—Hundreds of cruise ship passengers wandered their unexpected port of Halifax on Sunday in search of warm clothes or a place to watch the football game — and in some cases some just headed home. A Norwegian Cruise Lines ship, Norwegian Dawn, that left Boston Friday morning was supposed to spend three days and nights in Bermuda, but Hurricane Florence got in the way.
