Dogara decries economic situation in Nigeria, calls on electorates to vote out APC


SPEAKER of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara has decried the economic situation in the country, as well as the level of poverty among Nigerians caused by what he described as bad governance under the APC, led federal government. Yakubu Dogara who spoke Monday at the flagging off of the gubernatorial campaign of the PDP in Gombe state held in Kaltungo appealed to the electorates to vote massively for the PDP in the general elections for a positive Nigeria. The Speaker said that; “Nigeria has been under intense security challenges, we must stop the APC in order to have one united Nigeria and end insecurity in North-East region, Zamfara, Sokoto and the country at large”. The Governor assured the people Gombe state that a vote for the PDP is a vote for the continuation of development considering what has been done in the state in the last 8 years of the PDP led administration in the state. The PDP gubernatorial candidate, Senator Bayero Usman Nafada who is fondly called ‘Dankauye’, (Village man) said that “voting for PDP in Gombe means support for continuity of developmental projects in the State”.
