McGlashan cut his teeth with bands Blam Blam Blam, the Front Lawn and the Mutton Birds, and more recently has won numerous accolades for his solo work, including two Silver Scrolls. The pair received rave reviews the first time they performed together, at the 2016 Auckland Arts Festival.
