SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RHODE ISLAND Walk down the Otter Point Trail at the Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, and you’ll emerge from a narrow path lined with trees to the edge of a coastal salt pond.
