BEDMINSTER, N.J.—A New Jersey couple have welcomed a surprise guest at their wedding reception: U.S. President Donald Trump. The Republican president made a brief appearance Saturday at the reception, which was held at his golf club in Bedminster. Trump posed for photos with the newlyweds and received a mostly positive response from the guests, with some yelling out, “Looking good, Donald.” The crowd then chanted “USA, USA,” as he left the room. Trump was at Bedminster for a fundraiser Sunday where more than $800,000 was raised for a Republican New Jersey congressman who helped broker an agreement to pass a bill to dismantle the national health care law. Some donated up to $100,000 to attend the event, which is Trump’s first for a member of Congress.
