"They've come up with the AIDS [vaccine] and other various things and, as you know, now various companies are involved. Among the tweets quick to criticise Mr Trump read: "Well apparently there's an AIDS vaccine nobody knew about. Another read: "After slurring much of his speech this afternoon, Trump claims that there is an AIDS vaccine. Note: There is NO AIDS vaccine."
