Don't use racist stereotypes to sell food - race relations commissionerDean Kozanic Phillip Kraal sits in Bamboozle restaurant on Cambridge Terrace. New Zealand restaurants shouldn't use racial stereotypes to sell food, the race relations commissioner says. Dame Susan Devoy's comments came in response to an outcry over the menu at Asian fusion restaurant, Bamboozle in Christchurch.
